Ginisang Ampalayagini

Ingredients:

200 g ampalaya, thinlysliced
salt

2 tbsp oil
1 small onion finely minced
3 cloves of garlic finely minced
2 pcs tomato chopped
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp vetsin (optional)
2 eggs, scrambled

Directions:

Sprinkle salt to amapalaya, massage and rinse with water
In a pan, saute onion, garlic and tomato
When the tomato is cooked, add the ampalaya
Season with salt, pepper and vetsin
After 5-7 minutes, add the scrambled egg
Cook for 3 more minutes
