Bread Pudding

Bread pudding is a bread-based dessert popular in many countries’ cuisines, made with stale bread and milk or cream, generally containing eggs, a form of fat such as oil, butter or suet, and depending on whether the pudding is sweet or savory, a variety of other ingredients. Source

Ingredients:

    • 8 pcs stale bread
    • 1 1/2 cup of milk (any type)
    • 1/3 cup condensed milk
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 egg
    • 1 tbsp butter
    • 1/2 cup of cheese

Directions:

    • In a mixing bowl, tear the bread into pieces and bits
    • Add in milk, condensed milk, salt and egg
    • Mash everything until well-combined
    • Coat the baking dish with butter
    • Pour in the mixture and top with grated cheese
    • Bake for 200 degrees for 30 minutes
