Bread Pudding
Bread pudding is a bread-based dessert popular in many countries’ cuisines, made with stale bread and milk or cream, generally containing eggs, a form of fat such as oil, butter or suet, and depending on whether the pudding is sweet or savory, a variety of other ingredients. Source
Ingredients:
- 8 pcs stale bread
- 1 1/2 cup of milk (any type)
- 1/3 cup condensed milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup of cheese
Directions:
- In a mixing bowl, tear the bread into pieces and bits
- Add in milk, condensed milk, salt and egg
- Mash everything until well-combined
- Coat the baking dish with butter
- Pour in the mixture and top with grated cheese
- Bake for 200 degrees for 30 minutes
