Beef with Mushroom Gravy

Hello Mommies! Here is another easy to cook dish for your family. So easy that it contains only 3 main ingredients. Beef with Mushroom Gravy is made from sauteed beef strips and mushroom with gravy sauce.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 kilo Beef cut into strips
- Button Mushroom small can (Pieces and Stems)
- Gravy Mix (1 pouch – can produce 1 cup of gravy)
- Garlic and Onion chopped
- Canola Oil
- Salt & Pepper
- 2 tbsp of soy sauce
Directions:
- Marinate the beef in salt, pepper and soy sauce
- Heat pan and add canola oil
- Saute garlic & onion
- Add beef and stir fry
- Add 1 water and let it boil until the meat is tender (around 1 hour)
- Once there’s no more water, add the mushroom button and continue stir frying
- On a seperate bowl, dissolve the gravy mix into 1 cup of water (or follow the packaging instructions)
- Add the gravy mix into the pan and let it simmer until the sauce thickens
