Hello everyone! I’m very excited to share my new passion project – What we eat in a day VLOG

This is a channel about healthy meal preparation by a Filipina mom based in the Philippines.

I created this channel to share my well-planned meals. We are currently following the calorie restriction diet plan. I’m on a 1200 calorie diet while my husband is on a 1500 calorie diet. Most of the recipes that I’ll be sharing here has 4 serving because our toddler eats with us and our dog eats table food.

So if you’re a Filipino, who wanted to try a calorie restriction diet plan. This VLOG is for you!

Just a few reminders

      • As much as possible, refrain from eating sweets and processed food but *for me* it’s okay on an occasional basis
