How to cook Ginisang Sayote with Sardines

Probably, one of the staple foods my mother used to cook for us because it’s easy and affordable.

Ingredients

  1. 1 sayote, cut in julienne style
  2. garlic
  3. onion
  4. tomato
  5. 1 can sardines in tomato sauce
  6. oil
  7. salt & pepper

PS! For people, who are allergic to sardines/seafood, you can use ground pork in replacement to sardines and add 2 or more tomatoes. 🙂
