Probably, one of the staple foods my mother used to cook for us because it’s easy and affordable.

Ingredients
- 1 sayote, cut in julienne style
- garlic
- onion
- tomato
- 1 can sardines in tomato sauce
- oil
- salt & pepper
PS! For people, who are allergic to sardines/seafood, you can use ground pork in replacement to sardines and add 2 or more tomatoes. 🙂
How about you? Have you tried cooking Ginising Sayote? What’s your best practice?
