Chicken Pastel (or Pininyahang Manok as it most commonly known) is a ‘handaan’ favorite, whether it’s town fiesta, birthday or other celebration. It’s actually easy to cook with less than 10 ingredients.

1. 1/4 Chicken Chunks (Breast part)
2. 1 medium size carrots, cut in chunks
3. 1 bell pepper, cut julienne style
4. 4 cloves of garlic
5. 1/2 of red onion
6. small can of evaporated milk
8. salt and pepper to taste
