The staff at Aqua Waterpark deserves a shoutout. They were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. I was lounging by the pool when one of the staff noticed the sunlight creeping in. Without me asking, they moved the umbrella closer so I could stay in the shade. Later in the day, they even offered to move my chair into the restaurant to escape the heat.
Little things like these really make you feel cared for. It’s not just about the facilities; it’s about how people treat you.
