Audrey’s 5th Birthday Celebration at Kenny Rogers, Banawe

I still can’t believe my baby girl, Audrey, is now five! It feels like just yesterday we were celebrating her first birthday with close family, and now here we are; five years old and already in Pre-K. Time really flies, doesn’t it?

If you’ve been following my little blog, you know how much I enjoy throwing these birthday parties. For me, it’s more than just a celebration; it’s about creating memories that Audrey can look back on when she’s older. This year, Dee and I wanted something simple yet fun. So, we decided to host Audrey’s party at Kenny Rogers Banawe, and let me tell you, it was a hit with both the kids and the adults!

Let me walk you through everything… our suppliers, the program, and some personal thoughts.

Suppliers we worked with (Highly Recommended!)

I did my usual tita thing; Facebook Marketplace scrolling and found some really good suppliers for this party. Here’s a breakdown of who we worked with and why I loved them!

Photographer: Rich Photo

I stumbled upon Rich Photo on Facebook Marketplace about a month before the party. Let me tell you, this was one of the best decisions I made for this event. His package is super affordable and has everything you need for a kiddie party.

Here’s what we got for Php 2,500 (+ Php 450 for transportation):

  • Unlimited shots
  • Family and baby portrait shoot before the event
  • One photographer for 3 hours
  • All photos enhanced
  • Edited photos sent via Google Drive
  • Raw photos included (yes, I love having these!)

Rich was very accommodating. He arrived early (about 30 minutes before the event started) which gave us plenty of time to take some nice family photos at the venue. I’m so happy with how the photos turned out! Having a photographer who also gives raw files? That’s a dealbreaker for me.

Note: He only asks for a Php 200 reservation fee, so it’s super low risk. Definitely a good find!

Clown/Host: TJ Clowns & Magician

We booked TJ Clowns & Magician, and wow, they really know how to entertain kids. We went for Package 4, which includes:

  • Two clowns
  • Hosting and game handling
  • Funny magic show
  • Giant bubble show (the kids went crazy for this!)
  • Balloon twisting

The rate was Php 2,350 + Php 500 for transportation, so we paid Php 2,850 in total.
The host did a great job keeping the kids engaged from start to finish. The magic tricks were simple but hilarious, and even the adults were laughing during the show. But the biggest hit? The bubble show. Seeing the kids’ faces light up when the giant bubbles floated around was priceless.

Cake: Chewy n’ Crumbly

We’ve been ordering cakes from Chewy n’ Crumbly for a while now, so we didn’t hesitate to get Audrey’s birthday cake from them again this year.

Here’s what we ordered:

  • 8”x6” cake
  • Fondant icing with fondant toppers and details

The cake was Php 2,300, and as expected, it was both beautiful and delicious. Audrey loved the design, especially the cute toppers that matched the party theme.

Backdrop: ZCreate

For the backdrop, I wanted something that would really pop in photos, so we booked ZCreate. We chose their Full Garland Package, which includes:

  • Baby bow
  • Customized name backdrop
  • Fairy lights
  • Standee
  • Grass carpet
  • Spotlight
  • Free cake arch 🎂

The package cost Php 3,000, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The setup really brought the party to life. It also made for a cute spot to take family photos.

Souvenirs: Customized Lunch Bags with Toys

Instead of the usual loot bags, we gave out customized lunch bags filled with toys. I wanted the kids to go home with something useful and fun. The kids loved it!

Program Rundown

Here’s how the party went down:
10:00 AM – Family Photos with Photographer
10:15 AM – Opening / Welcome
10:30 AM – Prayer and Introduction of Audrey
10:40 AM – Party Games (2 rounds)
11:00 AM – Photo Ops with Family & Friends
11:15 AM – Lunch
11:45 AM – Cake Blowing & Happy Birthday Song
12:00 PM – Dance Number by Audrey & Friends
12:10 PM – Magic Show
12:30 PM – Bubble Show & Balloon Twisting
12:45 PM – Final Photos with Kids & Guests
1:00 PM – Thank You and Goodbyes

Honestly, this party wasn’t grand or fancy, but it was filled with love and laughter. Seeing Audrey enjoy her day with her friends and classmates made all the planning worth it.

Dee and I were exhausted by the end of it, but we were happy. These are the moments that make life so sweet. Audrey even told me before bedtime, “Nanay, that was the best birthday ever!” 🥹 And that’s all I needed to hear.
