Modern life can be overwhelming, and sometimes all we need is a little escape to recharge. What better way to do that than by spending a relaxing weekend at a private resort close to Metro Manila? Recently, we did just that at Joslep Resort in Paniqui, Tarlac where we celebrated Lola Fely’s 79th birthday.

Our Experience at Joslep Resort

Joslep Resort is 2 hours away from Metro Manila. We arrived around 3PM, which is earlier than our intended check in time – 7PM. We dropped by to see what it looked like.

We left for a bit and came back at 7 in the evening. The check-in process was easy. The staff asked us to register our names.

The kids enjoy lounging in the kiddie pool.
